Pregnancy update and celebrity poll
I went to see the doctor this morning for my first prenatal checkup. Since she moved into a new office she didn't have a pretty picture on the ceiling! Oh well, I just pictured Jim Sturges and it was all OK.
After the nurse took a gallon of blood from me and I waddled over the toilet to give my urine sample, I went home. This morning from the corner of my eye, I saw the garbage bag string move as if it were waving at me. No kidding. I even twittered it!
The weird thing is I still don't have proof from the doctor that I'm pregnant. I gained weight and my belly has popped out but no heartbeat and scan until mid May! At least I scored a free copy of What to Expect When You're Expecting from the nurse anyway!
